Are you new to the World of Warcraft, or have you created a brand new character and want to make gold quickly?  Here are some great ways to make gold:

*Crafting Profession-The Enchanting profession is the most profitable, but any crafting profession will do so you can sell your wares.

*Use the Auction House-Unload gear you no longer need or use

*Save! Instead of upgrading your gear every level, wait to upgrade every 5 or 10 levels

*Roll-Sell equipment you no longer use

*Go on Quests-You will earn money when you complete your quest and sometimes you get an reward (which you can keep or sell)

*Find Crafters-Crafters such as blacksmiths, enchanters and leather-workers will offer to make items for free if you provide the material, and then you can mark up the price and sell them in the auction house.

*Pick up a Trade Skill-Choose one of the creation/gathering combinations like herbalism and alchemy, or do two gathering professions and sell what you get to the other players.  Skinning, mining and herbalism sold through the Auction House can be very profitable.  You can click on each item on the site and see where it’s Auction House prices are listed as and concentrate on those items with the highest prices, then gather the ingredients yourself. This may mean devoting a couple hours a week to just running around and finding herbs or ores, but it is worth it over buying raw ingredients from other players. Use the object maps to see which zones have the most spawn points for what you need to gather and then milk that zone in the game’s off hours if possible.

*Quest Solo-These quests are harder than group quests, however you will get a higher reward.

*Grind-Find a spot with mobs who can be pulled over one at a time to kill them.  Stay until you fill your bags and you will earn gold.  If you can find a camp of humanoids that is the best because they tend to drop money as well as items when they are killed.

*Fish-Sometimes it takes awhile to fish, however it is a great source of income.

*Use Raid Groups-They will help you collect gear so you don’t have to buy new gear.

*Train-You can train to get skills or spells so that you will not have to purchase equipment later on.

*Sell Vendor Trash-Some vendors discard items that you can find and then sell yourself

*Auto-Profit-If you ever have room in your bag, fill it, particularly with discarded weapons.

*Buy Vendor Items For Resale-You can buy items that you can then sell again at the auction house for significant markup.
